1. What this site is
FollowTheFinance.com is an information and research tool. It publishes systematic quantitative output (relative-strength rankings, cross-asset regime reads, screener flags, daily recaps) sourced from publicly available end-of-day price and news data.
2. Not investment advice
Nothing on this site constitutes investment advice, a recommendation, an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security, or a personal recommendation tailored to your financial situation. We are not your broker, advisor, or fiduciary. All output is general-purpose research.
Before acting on anything you read here, do your own work and consider consulting a regulated professional. Investing involves the risk of partial or total loss of capital. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
3. Data and accuracy
Price data is end-of-day and sourced from public providers (currently Yahoo Finance). News is aggregated from public sources. Despite best efforts, data may be delayed, incomplete, or contain errors. The site is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
4. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FollowTheFinance.com and its operators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the site or the information presented on it.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to abuse, scrape at scale, reverse-engineer, republish wholesale, or otherwise misuse the site. Light personal use, including sharing individual links, is fine.
6. Subscription, billing & cancellation
FollowTheFinance Pro costs $15 per month, billed automatically through Stripe. New subscribers get a 14-day free trial; no payment is taken until the trial ends, and cancelling before it ends costs you nothing.
You can cancel at any time from the Pricing page via Manage subscription. Cancellation stops future renewals and you keep Pro access until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not delete your account when you cancel — the free tier remains available.
Refunds. Because a full 14-day trial is offered before any charge, subscription payments are generally non-refundable. If you were charged in error, charged twice, or cancelled but were still billed, email us within 14 days of the charge and we will refund it in full. Consumers in the EU/EEA retain any statutory rights that cannot be waived.
Prices are shown in USD excluding any applicable tax; tax is calculated and shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe — card details never reach our servers.
7. Service availability
The models depend on third-party market-data providers. Data can be delayed, incomplete, or temporarily unavailable. Each model page shows when its snapshot was last generated, and warns you when the data is older than expected. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or the accuracy of any figure.
8. Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
